There are plenty of oils out there that can be run in the Wing without ruining the clutch. The first thing you want to avoid is any automotive oil that contains antifriction agents in it. These will be soaked up by your clutch and it will slip. This means drop the engine and install new clutch. Expensive! I ran Ams-Oil for bikes for many miles. Very good stuff. Now that money is a little tighter I run Rotella 15w40.

most any oil produced today will excede the requirements of your bike.Favorites used by alot of riders are Shells Rotella T 15w40 and Cheverons Dello 400 15w40.As long as the oil you choose doesnt say "energy conserving" in the circle on the label. As mentioned in the post above it will cause clutch slip problems, avoid additives with Moly for the same reason.like Slick50.
Ride safe, Todd
