Saber Cycle sells a lot of cheap junk, but among the worst that they sell are their water pumps. I have yet to hear of ANYONE who installed a junky Saber Cycle water pump that DIDN'T have it fail within a few months. They should call themselves Labor Cycle, because of all the extra work you're going to have to do to pull out and replace their crappy water pump again once it fails in a few months! :)

Water pumps are one item you definitely want to go with OEM.

had a feeling the response to Saber Cycle water pumps would be as it is .... OEM pumps aren't all that easy to find .... having broken the wing down almost that far already, I fully understand that I really only want to do this once!

Cyclemax Ohio has them for $126, which is a pretty good price:

OEM water pump, part number 19200-MG9-681

FYI ... Cyclemax is now $165.00, gaskets extra ...... any feedback on using gasket kits available on ebay vs. dealership selling all as individual units vs OEM gaskets and aftermarket ...?

You sure? I'm on the Cyclemax site right now, and it's still showing $126 for me, with $11 shipping.

Very odd - just as I sent that last message, Gary from Cyclemax called me (for a different reason altogether), and so while he was on the phone, I had him confirm it, and he said yes, it's definitely $126.

I called on the phone @ 2hrs ago, I'll try again, but now thinking that local $140 is the same if you include shipping .... still curious about Gasket kit vs. one at a time OEM
