After you changed out the bulbs did it all work properly? all bulbs flashing on thier respective sides? Check the contacts in the bulb sockets to make sure there is no corrosion, same for the wiring connections.
Now that it is not working ,do you hear a click from the flasher, even one click? do the lights come on or stay off when you flip the switch?
Have you switched out the flasher relay yet? You may want to get one of the newer electronic flashers at your favorite auto parts store. The electronic flasher will allow you to run LED lights in your signals to free up a few Amps. Its usually the flasher that quits in these cases.

What he said...first thing I would do is swap out the flasher, as it's usually the most common point of failure.

Every light worked after i changed them. Front lights stay on until i turn the switch then the left or right goes off depending on which way i want to turn, rear lights do not come on. The switch seems to work because if i leave it on it returns on its own. I do not know where the flasher relay is.

The flasher relay is located underneath the false tank, on the left hand side. You need to remove the tank (see How to remove and replace your false tank) to get to it, it is held in place with a rubber fastener.

I kinda have a blinker problem also. They blink but blink very slowely. Is this also because of the relay?

Bobbo- replace your flasher and it should be good again, current is flowing as it should ,just not flashing

Tallman- Slow blinking can be caused by an old worn out flasher. The original was a mechanical type that relied on the current going to the bulbs to heat up a bi-metalic strip in the flasher unit. If you have say half your bulbs converted to LEDs then the old style flasher would work slower than it should.Swap out your flasher unit to a new style electronic version, they cost a little more but are worth it in my opinion.

Thanks to all who posted about this. I changed the relay and they work great. I did not have to take the false tank off though, my relay was just under the compressor on the left and i was able to reach it without any trouble, damn thing was $60.00 but its now working. Thanks again.
