air cleaner storage tank
Is there some kind of fluid that goes in the storage tank that is attached to the air cleaner and if so what kind of fluid is it

Are you talking about the coolant reservoir? Translucent white, black cap, low and high marks molded in, forward and right of the filter cover?

I am not sure what you are talking about. when you unlock and open the fuel access lid you will have fuel cap at lowest point.
Above fuel cap (foward on bike) you may have your air pump for you air ride (if equiped) directy under that is you air box, which containes your air filter.
Above the air box and to the right side is the engine coolant overflow bottle. This is a clear (milky) plastic bottle with a black cap.
Sitting just to the left of the coolant bottle's cap is the bikes fuses (main fuse is located behind the battery).
