Hi,

Frank Here, anyone have any info on where you can get a refurb on a clarion radio for a 1982 GL1100 Interstate GoldWing. I have one dead in the water, needs repaired or replaced.

Any Info Appreciated.

Try sierra electronics web site they will fix your old radio for a flat fee 100.00 so I have heard. they are the only ones that still work on the Goldwing radios. Hal

Yup, Sierra Electronics is the only place left that still works on them. They will be able to help you out.

for about $150.00 I purchased an waterproof enclousure for mounting radion on a boat and a cheap am/fm/cd radio and with a little bit of thought dropped it in left side. since radio sits straight up its a bit odd to read but it works great for now.
I am looking into a am/fm/cd radio that I can mount in saddle bag and work with a remote control for about $250.00.
