I'm having a heck of a time, getting the end seals on the water pipes on the cylinder's, I have cut several and after putting one on once it can't be re-used. Any suggestions here?Thanks Paul
My problem was that the rubber seals were spilling out the sides(to soft) and getting cut, even after putting on lubricant. What I did and this worked perfect was put the seals in the freezer for 10 minutes, this made them shrink a little and went on with no problem.

I replaced the o-rings and gaskets on both cylinder banks after discovering drops of green liquid on the garage floor! I used antifreeze as a lubricant. Went right in without any problems. The most difficult thing was removing the old gasket without getting any pieces in the cooling system or scratching the sealing surfaces. Haven't had any leaks since. It's also a good time to replace the antifreeze. There are instructions on this site as to removing the false tank and seat.
