no power between idle and 2000 rmp

Postby jaetwa » Tue Aug 16, 2011 7:24 am

I'm wonder if anyone has experience with "no power on take-off".
My 1100GL is chocking on take-off and making "knocking" noise (mechanical, not back-fire type).
I have to run above 1500 RPM to get smooth start.
Any suggestions are appreciated.
note: carbs are fully rebuild using Randal's kit, very good compression and all cylinders.

just cleaning those 4 jets holes in each carb. sync done, will re-do after installing carbs back.
beside, how (if possible) i can remove copper venturi part from low speed suction pipe?
