The 83 rear master is tied to a proportioning valve. In turn the valve has two outputs one goes to the rear brake caliper and the other feeds up the frame along the right side and mates to the flex hose feeding the right front caliper. This is where the term "Linked Brakes" comes from. The kit that you need can be had from Cresent Moon Cycles, Parts N More or Cycle to Re-cycle. When you rebuild it make sure the small return hole is clear and to bleed the system do the front right first then the rear caliper.
