Postby artib270 » Sun Oct 23, 2011 9:51 pm

i recently got my air compressor working but the air leaks out of my front suspension, the rear air shocks have been removed and replaced with non air shocks.im ordering new rear air shocks and lines but the front shouldnt leak, correct?were is the leaking at most common?fork seals and were can i order some?or is it more commonly in the lines and banjo fittings?or is it due to no rear air shocks and lines? thanks art

yep seals most likely..honda still seals them but if you replace do the bushings too. And don't over fill as it will blow the seals out

How much air were you putting in the front? How long does it take to leak out?

New seals can be had from Honda ,as RBGERSON says may as well do the bushings while your in there. If it were me I would replace the tired old springs with Progressive Suspension springs (wait a min. I did do just that, what an amazing difference) worth every penny . For about $150 you can do all this in just a couple of hours.
Ride safe, Todd
Over night campers welcome
