   One time I got a pulse generator the guy said was no good, check it out when I tested the ohms at the plug two of the wires tested good and two did not hummmm I then tested above the plug at the unit just before the wires go into the unit and they all tested good hummmm I cut off the plastic cover that contains the wires and found that somehow two of those four wires got pinched and cut in half and that's with the cover on it too, Wow. I have no clue how that happened, I soldered the wires back and tested again at the plug and whamo all good now..simple fix.. sometimes it's that easy sometimes not..I'm glad you figured it out...simple fix.. :D
