Contact Sierra-Electronics to ship it to them for repairs. They specialize in Goldwing stereos. Here's the web link.

Sometimes you can find a local shop that can look at it. Usually when the tape stops working it's the belt that needs to be replaced.

:D yes everything works cb,intrcom,am-fm, muting,tape ff-rw and play it will even switch sides at the end.I tride cleening the heads but no luck

You might try going to the sierra electronics website to get their phone number and give them a call. See if they'll let you ask their techs a question about it.
