If it is the E C module, good luck with finding a replacement. I saw one on e-Bay a few weeks ago and bid on it (and won). I was told by my m/c mechanic friend that he heard prices as high as $1,000 for an E C computer; the dealer tells me they are not available from Honda. Even though the E C rarely fails, I bought this one just in case.

Can you disconnect the fuel pump and apply 12 volts directly to it and get the bike to run???
Verify the pump is OK first. There is a fuel pump relay, it's #5.Verify it is energized while cranking.
Here's a partial schematic that might help.

Also,do not dismiss the possibility of a corroded connection on the ECU plug.
