New Owner 84 Aspencade "needs work"

Post by jwetstein » Sat Feb 27, 2010 7:17 pm

Day 1. Picked up a free bike with undefined electrical issues. Front fairing is partially disassembled. Pads rusted to the rotors. Hasn't been started since 1998. Will post progress.
My first goal is to get the thing rolling! No fun dragging a 700 lb bike around the garage.

I was "given" a 1984 Goldwing Interatate that had been sitting unused since 1994. (Owner passed away, family gave it to me for help closing estate). I had a local shop get it running for me. Now I'll learn while riding. You can find additional help and info at GREAT people! ENJOY!
