Mufflers

Postby wavedancer » Wed Aug 01, 2012 10:09 am

I need quieter mufflers for my 1986 and when I go to buy them I ask the dealer and they are not sure how quit they are. Anyone have any recommendations? Also looking for a new clock for same bike

i just bought the bike and did not modify it in anyway. It sounds like an exhaust leak but isn't. I like a quiet ride and that is why I ride Gold WIngs and not harleys.

I have an aftermarket Mac exhaust that is slightly louder then the factory exhaust.
I didn't like it so I bought a factory set off of eBay in really good shape and installed that instead.
