would these how to's help

Postby CharlaineC » Tue Sep 25, 2012 10:56 pm

So before I post these two articles I'm working on I wanted to know if anyone would wind them useful at all.

One is how to fix the broken return spring for the horn on the 1987 and like model left hand control assembly and the other is how to repair and clean the break/cruise control switch assembly for the 1987 and like model systems. and I'm thinking about doing one as to how to replace the cruise control actuator assembly and the instrument cluster hood. As well what do you all think?

Don't know how anyone else would feel about it but it sounds good go me. Anything I can learn about working on my bike makes it all the better.

These aren't jobs as common as timing belt replacement but they are things not covered in ANY manuals so by all means YES, a tutorial like that may save some folks a great deal of grief.
They would be welcome.
