Shop Issue With An '86 Wing, Rear Brakes

Ok, this is for my son that is wrenching at the shop now.

They got in an '86 Wing and the rear caliper was badly frozen. He needs to get this fixed so it can go to the sales floor.

Problem is that he rebuilt both the rear caliper and master cylinder. Brake lines going toward both the caliper and forward have been replaced. He still can't get the master to bleed. No fluid flow at all. He has tried everything in his arsenal including doing some online lookups from the shop. At this point, way too much time and effort has been put into this bike. He's totally frustrated, our general manager is pressuring him to finish so it can be sold, and I'm perplexed. We never came across something like this before.

If anyone has experience with just this kind of problem, I'd even give his phone number so you guys can discuss it and help him to a solution.

You should have gave me a shout, I'm still here.
I have the feeling it's something very small.
