From what I understand, his bike starts and runs fine, then when he shuts it off it will not start again for about two hours. He asks who might be able to help him. (no punctuation)
It ain't about the destination - it's all about the journey

I asked my Mexican friend to translate, and here's what she said:

"con falla" is "with fault/problem"...

he's saying that the bike works fine for a while, then cuts out and won't work again unless you leave it for about a couple hours - at which point it works for a while again. who can help him?

When it does not run...Remove one spark plug wire, attach a spare spark plug and lay it on the engine...Crank the engine and look to see if it has spark...

The motorcycle stops running because you either have no spark or no fuel....

This is the first thing to test.....

I told my Mexican friend to translate this for me: the problem probably is either with the gas cap or the pulse generators. If he can loosen the gas cap and the problem goes away, then he knows that is the problem. Otherwise he needs to check the pulse generators, as they degenerate from heat over time.
