Got finial drive on but with the bike on side stand if i lean it back and forth it kinda makes a lil popping noise what could this be ? Could it be slack in the finial drive and flange ?

Are you saying if you lean it from side to side you are getting that noise? Or if you push the bike forward and backward you get the noise?

First make sure it isn't the frame - check also the swingarm pivot - with it on the center stand, see if you have any lateral (left to right) free play of the rear wheel - there shouldn't be any. Also try to rotate the rear wheel laterally (pull the top to the left and the bottom to the right, and vice versa) to check for any free play. Can you have someone else lean the bike back and forth while you crawl around on the ground to try to localize the source of the noise?
