I have a problem with my compressor. It works in that you can hear the compressor pumping when activated. However no air is moving through the system. So not sure if something is broken like a diaphram, or there is something plugged not allowing the air to move.

Does anyone have data on this, or a write up? I would like to get the matter repaired and need a systematic way to approach this. A step by step writeup would be very helpful. If you know about or have had this problem, plse forward whatever info you may have.

Many thanks,
Chuck

Are you using the controls the correct way? Not to sound rude but if you don't use the controls in the right manner it will not work right.

Yup tried it properly, otherwise the compressor pump will not activate. The compressor pump works, but does not move any air, and no air pressure is registering on the digital readouts.
Tried it numerous times and also tried the external hook up and no air goes out there either.

Thanks,
Chuck

Trouble shooting the air compressor is very involved, your best bet is to get a manual, it sounds like the dessicant may be saturated and not allowing air to pass or output from the compressor is blocked otherwise...regardless the 1200 manual has detailed information
