Just like the 1100, there are very few (if any) car tires that will fit between the swingarm arms without rubbing, without modification of the swingarm.

If you can show us some of these 1100 scenarios there are a whole bunch of people on 1100's that would love to go to the Darkside. Even one modern Darkside tire would get the 1100 people excited. 8-)

gotta go or start with a 15" wheel, 15" car tires are available in smaller sizes than 16"ns

first one is prob a one & only (haven't seen another), some outfit was offering a custom 15" rear wheel for 1k

second requires dough and labour by going with a 1200 swingarm swap, 1200 swingarm allows either a 1200 or 1500 rear wheel, i forget what the pumpkin scenarios are there but i think they both use 1200

third, comstar hubs can be laced up & converted to spokes, though i've only seen it done on the cx500 line, i'm assuming the same could be done on 1100 goldwings with a 15" rim

all the above info is out there, the one off 1k custom wheel i saw on the classic site with pix

goofed on the above, going with a 1200 swingarm means known 16" wheel rim options
