Leaking head gasket. Very serious, do repair it. If oil is getting into the antifreeze, antifreeze is getting into the oil. It doesn't lubricate well, and will take out clutch discs in a hurry.

It can also be caused by a failed water pump seal and clogged weep hole. Oil and coolant can mix through the water pump in that case.

But more likely the issue is a failed head gasket. Do a compression and leak-down test, check the oil for coolant, and look at the condition of the plugs to see if any of them appear "steam cleaned" - bright and shiny.
