On the digital panel the tack reads just zero all the time when the engine is running, are the any suggestions how the problem can be fixed ?

Well the first thing you are going to have to do is to access the rear of the instrument cluster to inspect the pull apart connectors, to see if you have a bad or loose connection . And then from there check the connections at the ignition coils. I forgot to ask is the tach the only thing that doesn't work? And before you do the above check all the fuses . Those are places to begin :D

You are quite welcome. :D Chances are you will probably find a oxidised connection not making a good contact. Being that the tact is the only thing not working . let us know :)
