Help I got loose mirrors!

Postby Richsfirstwing » Fri May 02, 2014 2:24 pm

I had the mirrors set this morning, took off n as I got up to speed, my mirrors showed me a wonderful view of my arms. Lol. Is there a way to tighten them up? Not the arms, the mirrors! Ha ha.
Thanks for any help.

There's a tension screw on the underside. You might strip the screw, you might tighten it as tight as possible and the mirror will still move, or you may get lucky and fix it. Won't know till 'ya try...........

Hey richsfirstwing, If you don't have any luck by tightening them I found a place that sells replacements at a very reasonable price. Pretty sure they were aftermarket but were identical to the originals. No problems at all since installing them.

For some reason I am unable to get their website to come up, but don't be afraid to call them. I am thinking less than 45 bucks last year.
