Air Shocks

Postby Lesmac58 » Tue May 13, 2014 11:04 am

I own a 1984 gl1200. I recently purchased a air compressor and evaporator unit to add to my bike to control air pressure in the shocks. I have searched everywhere but can not find the hose routing to hook this system all together. Can anyone please help with a diagram to show me how it should go? My Clymer manual does not help with this.

Thank You

Are the holes in the fairing for the mounting plugs on the compressor/desicant. Those could be a problem to get in. Before you install it pull the desicant dryer out. The beads are probably pink they need to be blue.
You can dry them in the oven or replace. I just went through mine. Since you have it out may well start with dry air. Your shocks & forks will thank you
