Different parts, different sizes, different capacities, different mounting points. Not saying it's not outside the realm of possibility, but it would take a fair bit of work - and you likely won't have quite enough cooling capacity.

I recently got "t-boned" by a car on my 84. If I decide to buy it back from the insurance company, as it is totaled. I will have a good shape 84 radiator available. I will let you know when it all finishes out.
