You've eliminated a bunch already.Power and coils OK.
The ignition module is the next test point.Actually the input from the pulse coils.
Use a analog volt meter on the lowest setting.
Probe across both wires from each pulse coil.
Normal voltage is just in the tenths of a volt and you can just see the needle wiggle a bit when cranking.
If the volts are higher on one compared to the other, look for corrosion at the 4wire plug from the pulse coils. It next to the battery on the 84.
If all the inputs are good, the module is bad.It does have dual parts inside and I have heard of just one side going out.
For testing..search"testing pulse coils" above.

Great.you have confirmed the ignition module is also good. That just leaves the pulse coils or connections to it.
Keep us posted.Take a picture or six of what you find.

I can't see the bike from here :D
Pretty quick look will tell.If there in the back, the 4 wires are to the left of the battery.
In the front, they come out of the timing belt cover. If I remember correct,on the left top side.It would still have the 4 wires and a plug.

Put the bike in gear.It should be a standard turn bolt.
Did you confirm the pulse coil is bad.??
If it is,have you located another one.?

Success removed the bolt with wrench and a small sledge hammer, impacts moved it. Pluged in a set of pulse generators I have from another bike and it started right up. Well one little snag,I didnt tighten the crank bolt . Fortunatly I cut the bike off as soon as it started, the bolt spun out and kicked off the right belt. I couldnt see that from where I was .I tried starting it again and after cranking it a few times the owner informed me that the belt was off. It runs and Ill have to reset the timing but success. the owner wants new pulse generators and coils any good leads. And next time I go there Ill take pictures of putting it back together.OH Yea this will be my first time timing the belts. Fun fun fun.

Uh...if you cranked it with one of the belts off, there is a very good chance you have bent a valve (or worse) on that side. I would check the compression on the cylinders on that side just to be sure.
