what is the stator output on a gl1200 interstate

With a clamp on AC amp meter,mine was around 8 amp per leg.
AC voltage between any pair varies depending on rpm Unhooked from the R/R module.
Expect to see from 25 VAC at a idle to above 75 VAC at 3500 rpm.
There should be no continuity to ground from any yellow wire and any pair should have the same resistance.Somewhere around 4 ohms.readings vary depending on the meters used.

I seem to recall reading somewhere that the total output of the Stator is rated at something like 360 Watts.
That is a nominal 30 amps at 12 vdc.

Virgilmobile gave you good numbers for testing and if you are into electronics math you could probably calculate the actual output pretty closely if everything was working at 100% efficiency.
