help with diagnosing clutch problem wont come out of gear!!!HELP

The clutch might just need bleeding. If there's air in the cltuch, it won't disengage, so you can't get it out of gear.

That said, the clutch is a closed system, so if it needs bleeding (and nobody has been messing with it), then there's a leak somewhere.

found out its not stuck in gear and yes it probly has air in the system so thanks how about anther question how hard is to replace the stator and where is it located

The stator is located at the rear left side if the engine. Sorry but you have to pull the engine to replace. What makes you think it is bad? What have you done to check the output? There are a number of things that can cause the stator not to charge the battery. Corroded or burned connectors at the three yellow output wires are an example. Give us more information please!
