Antenna coax cut!

Postby saverchoices » Mon Jun 21, 2010 11:12 am

I have an 86 Aspencade. I cut the antenna coax thinking I wouldn't listen to the radio! Now I want to listen to it!!! I cut the coax within one half inch of the antenna connection. Where can I purchase a new antenna and coax (guess I have to puchase a new one since I can't see where the coax connects to the antenna is removable)? Also, please...where does the coax connect to the radion/CB??? Thanks!!! :D

I got mine here: Sierra-MC: Antennas and it's worked great ever since I put it on. It comes with exactly the correct length of coax already attached.

I can't say where it attaches in the 1200. In the 1100 it plugs into the splitter underneath the left fairing pocket.
