Hi everyone,
Another hot day, been rideing my 1200 to work a lot,ive had it for a year now ant the front brakes will stick slightly when its cold out, like around 40 degrees or colder for few miles then unstick. I put new pads on it last weekend, pistons looked good n clean, what little bit was sticking out,i brushed them with brass brush, put little oil on the pistons before I pushed them back in,put new pads in,they stuck little bit on first ride, then loosened up,now it still sticks whern its cold in the mornings.
A hot day its fine. Any ideas on why?
Scrappy is almost done just need $$$ for carb setup, front tire, oil n bits n bobs.

I t sounds to me like you've done just about everything you should. The only thing that I can think of would be contaminated fluid, which you should change regularly anyway. It's a small amount of fluid but could make a big difference.

Possibly piston seals have some build up underneath them in the grooves.
Put in some new piston seals.
