Hey all, just picked up a nice Aspencade. It's a great looking bike. PO says that he thinks the head is bad. Said it was leaking oil and filled up the spark plug well on the passenger side (right side if you're sitting on the bike). I know the oil seals on the shifter, and the valve cover seals go bad on these, but I've never heard of one filling up the plug well. Anyone ever seen this before?

The plug well. Well now, sounds first off, that the drain hole is plugged that is to drain water from the well (that is if you mean there is oil around the outside of the plug?). Run a wire down through the hole in each plug well to clean them out regularly. How long has the oil been in there? Is this bike running, or has it sat for some time?
