I cant confirm whether true or not but its quite something I think if they have chosen a 1200 for the movie. the tires on it are quite something.

Haven't seen the movie yet, but that's the bike that is there. I have one that got totaled, and I plan on making a custom rod out of it, but not that extreme. Showed the picture to my wife and asked if she wanted hers to look like that, she declined at this time.

I like the look...
Is it nitpicking to mention that the rear tire is mounted backward.???

Not as fast as the Kaw's in the original, but much more able to handle the road hazards that would present themselves in such a setting.

LOL a tractor tire on the rear.

Are those skis on the front?

GOTTA LOVE that Bimini top, when it rains or excessive sunshine... or a nap.

Russel Crowe feathers????

The bike re-builder could'a used some Chromo-Pack suggestions.

"OIL CHANGE?" _FM 07-2009
Know its new taste and be loyal, you'll know when to change that oil.
Taste testing as the miles flow, souring as that acid grows.
And don't flirt with dirt or darkened oil, all the faster your engine will spoil.

I had to enlarge it to see, but you are right. The tractor tread rear is mounted backward for normal traction. I suppose in sand, it would really throw a rooster tail behind it with it mounted like that. I would sure hate to ride that thing on pavement.
