Help with finding...Replacement Micro

Postby ETA0k » Wed Jul 22, 2015 3:54 am

Well have been checking out cruise control as it doesn't engage/set so far have found that the micro switch @ the rear brake has fallin' apart and there is no continuity at all, it is Honda part 35355-MG9-951 SWITCH ASSY., RR. according to my '86-'87 parts manual and according to parts dealer is out of production and no-longer available, my thought is could anyone tell me if they know of a replacement switch and where I could find then on line or here in America. By being disabled and handicapped I really need that cruise control to help with road trips. Thanks once again for taking the time to read this.

If you have a look on eBay (search for the part number) you'll find a few of them - in fact, there is one on there right now still available as brand new - "new old stock" - i.e. it's been sitting on a shelf for a while. You can see it here: http://www.ebay.com/itm/NOS-Honda-Switc ... c5&vxp=mtr
