Both of those symptoms are descriptive of a clutch that is not fully releasing. Bleeding the clutch is the first step, which you have already done. Do you have aftermarket grips that might not be allowing the clutch lever to move in all the way? Also check the clutch lever bushing for wear, which will prevent the clutch from fully disengaging - you can see how this is done here: viewtopic.php?f=14&t=12622

Flushing normally just involves "bleeding" until you have completely replaced all the fluid in the system. Have a look at this article: How to bleed or flush your clutch

Do you mean the bleed nipple threads are stripped?

I wish it's the thread inside the housing so the bleeding nipple will not tighten

What I was thinking was to do a tap and die and fit a larger nipple but I'm struggling to find the nipple size

I don't know it either - I would pull the nipple out, measure the thread at a local hardware store, then get one size bigger and tap it out.

I just saw a slave cyl housing for GL1200 on ebay for $15. get it! and order the rebuild kit for $20 and use your existing piston. also, neutral should be hard to find when riding, by design you should never hit it when shifting from 1st to 2nd and when at a stop in 1st it simply takes a very light tap on the heel shifter to get it. you have to be patient, you've only had the bike a week?

i figured you were referring to finding neutral while stopped, mine is also very tricky.
