ok now I read in a blog that I could use a 1985 honda prelude 4 cyc fuel filter to replace a fuel filter on a, 1986 GL1200A, WOULD LIKE TO FIND SOMEONE THAT DID IT.

Why? As far as I know, it's the Napa #3011 just like the 1100s

thanks, but thats not what I was looking for, someone posted awhile back about replacing fuel pump with a prelude pump and wanted some info on the wiring the new pump has a black wire and a black yellow wire and want to know hot to hook it up :?

Thanks for the song spiral. Two wires shouldn't be that difficult.

ok I have a black wire and a black with yellow strip which is the + and which is the -

Black is ground. Unless its an old BMW then its brown for ground.

Or unless it's a Honda motorcycle, in which case it's green for ground. :)
