Wont start after warm-up

My 85 Aspencade has been sitting for 5 yrs in a garage. So I took it up on myself to bring her back to life. Got a nice used gas tank from a 87 Wing. New fuel pump after seeing the old one wasn't pumping.New fuel filter and clear gas lines to carbs. Rebuilt the carbs, new timing belts, hoses, thermo, rad cap, new spark plugs. Havent synchronized the carbs yet waiting for fittings for vacuum gauge.
Got her running....like crap, had to use full choke all the time. Got her to run without choke now. After warming up to the 4 bar, which I guess works, good 5 min at idle in my shop, door open window fan on. Engine fan not on yet. Shut her off for 5 min. while I did a little tweak here and there. And she wouldnt start. Good battery starter turns over faster than a speeding bullet. All she would do is just crankherassoff. So I went in house had a sandwich and a cigar at the shop. Fifteen min.later, key on 2 bars showing now on temp gauge. She fired right up. So something like coil.....or. Is getting hot enough to keep her from starting.
Any good causes for no start.

Thanks

Today when I went to restart and wouldnt start I put my timing light on the plug wires. There was no light flash of timing light while cranking the engine over. So the plugs aren't firing ...hummm wonder why it wont start. Ill start checking ,coils, pulse gen.etc. I might even figure this out before next spring in time for a ride.

The most common problem that causes spark to go away (or get very weak) when warm is pulse generators. When the pulse generators get old and weak, they begin to malfunction when the bike is warm. Letting the bike cool off brings them back to life.
