Good evening Giljet, am I to take it that after you let it set for 20 min you have spark in all four cylinders?? then when hot only 2 cylinders??
I would check your fuel tank for obstruction in flow of fuel, change the fuel filter, test the fuel pump to see if fuel getting to carbs. I does sound to me like the bike is starving for gas. :D :D

Im having kinda the same problem on My 85 Aspy. But losing all 4 cylinders. Checked the Pulse Generator on mine. Failed the test in my book. So ordered a new one. Not saying thats your problem just saying you might check there. I may have other problems too but its a place to start.

The coil packs my also be a place to check as they get hot the can fail when you let them cool down they start working again. If you can get to them look and see if they have any cracks in them. There are two of them under the false tank one set controls 2 cyc. the other controls the other two cyc. Good luck----------------------------------------Hal

sounds like coils, coil connection, sounds electrical for sure, and beacause it's the same coil for the cylinders your loosing, I would check all components on that coil. If it were all cyl's then you open a deeper hole, pick ups (pulsors), stator, ign switch, kill switch.......
