I bought this bike several months ago as a fixer (it sat in a garage for several years) mechanically seems good but not all electrics working. My first of no doubt many questions is my right hand pannier has a circuit board with relays in it, my bike has the full bling lights, wrap around pannier lights, front disc lights and more. I do have a Clymers manual but it doesn't include the bling lights. The 4 switches for all the lights are on cover over the front brake oil resevoir, is this normal (the circuit board in pannier). I live in Australia with a limited older Goldwing knowledge bank.

any add on lights ( bling ) would not be in the factory manual, people wired them differently

If possible please look at my pictures at 1986 SE-i LIMITED EDITION (framickie) in the members pictures, ( I tried to insert image but can't work it out yet,) these lights seem factory fitted or at least a pro after market job. Thank you. I love this site as it has already answered many questions before I even ask.
