Hello everyone.
I'm new here here my name is Brad.
I have a 1987 gl1200 and it started leaking what I first thought was gear oil. I took it into a very respectable shop and mechanic pulled the boot back and said the oil is coming from the rear seal on the engine where the driveline goes in. I'm having trouble locating this seal! They suggested a site called David silver spares in England. Any ideas or help would be very much appreciated! They also said the outer dimensions on a seal for the gl1100 were the same but the thickness wasnt. Again any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated, it's a great bike with only 55,000 miles

Re: rear seal leak
I looked around and only found one seal in that area. Called rear case seal 91201-ML8-003 $10-14.00 Call a couple Honda places see if thats the right seal. Or Google that number and see if you can find any information about it.
