How to tune radio

Postby watertruck » Wed Apr 20, 2016 8:17 pm

Just put the battery back in and I cannot for the life of me figure out how to tune the radio to a station.
I haven't put the antenna back on yet but that shouldn't stop me from tuning up and down the dial.

I only get 1-2 FM stations without my antenna on. Make Sure U are on a FM station. U should get the owners manual if you dont have one for the bike. i have one and it gives you all that good stuff the other books dont tell you. Like radio operation, cassette operation. ( ebay)

I Think the Aspy radio is tuned from the left handlebar "up-down" thumb controller ?

But you do need it set on FM, and the antenna connected , for this to work .

Yes of course the tuner is on the left handlebar, I should have known that.
Thanks to everyone who replied.

Just don't forget to go motorcycle riding , every day, rain or shine , radio or not .

( FYI , I re-did my front shocks about 8 months ago ... This involved removing some lower fairing bits, and the driving lights . At the end of the Re-and-re there were two nice fairing type bolts left over .... hmmm.. I keep them in the magnetic dish , hoping that I might eventually remember where they go. No Luck so far ... )

I live in Northern Ontario and I just got my Wing out a few days ago. The days are still kinda cold but as long as the streets are clear and dry I'm out there lovin' it. I've got my radio working just fine thank's.
