Hi,I just got my bike back to running and took it for a test ride today and this what happened, first off I did sync the carbs and cleaned them up and put new kits in them, first it was idling just fine and when I open the throttle it seemed to not bog down but when I took it for a ride it started to act like it was not getting enough fuel,it would accelerate good until it got to about 60 mph then backfire and get real sluggish and a couple of time it shut off,was thinking that maybe the floats might not be letting enough fuel in on acceleration,I know a while back when I first rebuilt the carbs and got the bike running I let the gas tank get low and sucked some trash into the carbs so I might have to remove them anyway to get the trash out if that is what it is,this seems like an easy fix, thanks for any ideas.
