hi
i just dismantled my carb,,what a job.
i check inside them,one is so dirty and the bowl is coatied with green suff in the bottom of the bowl,,,

my numbers are:
35 pilot
108 main
91 on the seat of the needle valve
the needle is 2DE

they say it is running lean in 84,
what jets should i changed?

one of the neddle is so corroded on her tips,,i never seen that,it has the green stuff at the end.

where is the best deal too rebuilt my carb?

What jets should i install now,
should i re-installed the SAME sizes??

well
some are saying change the #35 for a 38,
some are saying the #108 for a 150
???

where should i go??

We change the slow jets #35 to #40 (or you can drill out the #35 using a #77 drill bit) and use either a #105 or #108 to fix the slow speed hesitation. Honda's service bulletin also changed the needles and slide springs ( we don't ) and they run great. Just make sure you get all the little passage ways cleaned. :mrgreen:

first time i heard about that!
at the moment the needle is 2DE

Is there lot of salt air in riviere-bleue , PQ ?

Do your local gas stations sell particularly crappy gas ?

Perhaps a lot of water in your gas tank ??

finnally i baught the kit from SUMO
will see,anyhow i did not read any bad review.

we are living in a rural zone here,,no salt air.

i have lived 40 years along the st-laurence river,,i know what salt air can do
