86 aspen forks?

Where might I find new forks for my 86 Aspen sei?

You aren't. But I'm sure you can find a used set, check the Vendors database for used parts dealers. eBay is also a possibility.

Externaly the fork tubes on the 85 LTD and 86 SEI look identical to the carburated models. Internaly there are some differences. When I replaced mine, the going price for fuelie fork tubes was more than my retirement check could handle. I opted for a complete fork assembly off an 86 Aspy from eBay. It's been trouble free and I have no complaints.

New forks for my Aspey were outta my reach - I had them rechromed and overhauled - cost £250 the pair, they really look the business now
