Centre Stand

Post by Hillstgas » Wed Nov 03, 2010 12:38 pm

Hi Guys

Just a quickie the centre stand on my 86 Interstate is knackered and I have the chance of getting one off an 1100 does anyone know if it will fit mine or is there a major difference :?: :?:

There's only one thing better than a wing and that's having 2
Enjoy the ride, you only get the one chance
Today was good, yesterday was ok ,but tomorrow will be better

I believe they are the same, but I am not 100% sure. If I can get over to a friends house I can do some mesureing and see. I would get it anyways just in case it is the same then you have it.
How many times do I have to tell ya,,, The right tool for the right job!

Just eyeballing it, the pivot and legs look the same, but the foot piece that goes out the side is a different shape and length. I don't know if that will make a difference or not.

Don't know if this helps. The part numbers are diffrent.

Enjoy the ride. They are all good, just some better than others.
