got a very small amout of oil coming out the weep hole on the water pump , maybe a small dot on my finger after a ride , i'm asumeing its coming from the oil ring on the water pump , should i worry about this , there is no oil in the coolant

It depends how anal you are about your bike operating correctly. :)

It's not going to get better on its own. Keep watching both your coolant for signs of oil contamination, and (more likely) your oil, for signs of coolant contamination.

You might want to get a water pump and gasket set now, so that when the time does arrive when you can't put it off any longer, you don't have a couple weeks of downtime while waiting for parts.
