Nady Systems makes a few different intercom headsets some with the ability to use a two way radio, MP3 Player, FM Radio, etc...

just do a google search for Nady PMC Communicators, lots of different options and set ups...

I've used J&M for years, and just installed their top-line headset into a new Arai helmet that I'm very pleased with. The sound is exceptional, and the microphone while being quite sensitive, seems to reject wind and road noise very well.
