turn signals

i have a 1984 gl1200 aspencade
the turn signals light up and wont flash but the four ways do flash !!
is there a second flasher or any ideas i could only find one flasher tring to get the lights working so i can get a state inspection and ride

Yes 2 separate flashers.left side of fuse block should be the 4 way,right side is the turn signal flasher.At least on my 84 interstate.

is the right side tied into the brake lights too ???

Brake lights are a separate circuit involving a relay,a micro switch on the right handle and a switch on the pedal.
