1984 rear final drive hub

i pulled the rear wheel while i was waiting for signal parts this is what i found i found hub and gear in a real nice place around tampa fl i baught the parts and they wouldnt fit my wheel he stayed on the phone with me and walked me thru the process of finding out i had a later model wheel he still had the wheel so he sent it to me for 20 dollars and 10 dollars shipping which i thaut was really nice i put it all back togather i used molly 60 also i have a chatter at 12mph and under i 4th gear i got that low by not paying attentoin while checking every thing out would this be normal back lash noise becauce it is real smoth

Oh my gosh, the splines in that drive and hub are just about as worn as any I have ever seen. Is that a picture of what you just bought?

The chatter at high load, low RPM could just be primary chain noise in the engine - you can help diminish that by syncing the carbs.
