Rough idle no power while accelerating

While cleaning around the plugs found a hole carb cleaner just pours in it inspected the others they have similar holes but they have either a weld or some kind of silver solder. Anyone tell me what thats about.

Color me desperate to ride. Had a short ride yesterday... I WANT MORE... :cry:

It's a drain hole, so that if it's raining, the rainwater can get out instead of filling up the plug well and shorting out the plug. It should be open - if it's not, a wire coat hanger can be used to push through and clear out any gunk.
