I HAVE A 1986 HONDA GOLDWING ASPENCADE 1200 WITH 13,000 MILES AND WHEN START IT UP IT RUNS GOOD UNTIL IT WARMS UP THAN IT STOPS LIKE IT IS OUT OF GAS. ANY SUGGESTIONS PLEASE..

This may be a dumb sounding answer,....but it may be in fact running out of gas.
Does it re-start after several minutes of off time?

The fuel filter may be plugged up and letting just a little fuel flow through it.A plugged fuel cap can create a vacuum in the tank and fuel starve it too.This usually takes a hour or two of running to show that.

When it dies,does anything else go out?Like it's not charging the battery or loosing all electrical power?
Do you have to boost it or charge the battery to get it started again?

WHERE IS THE FUEL FILTER LOCATED ? ALSO WHEN IT DIES IF I KEEP THROTTLING IT IT WILL SMOOTH OUT AND RUN . COULD IT BE THE FUEL PUMP.

Assuming it's carb type,It could be a poor pump.Here's the test procedures for it.The filter is between the pump and the fuel valve.
It can also be gunk in the fuel bowls.Maybe pop the drain plugs and drain the carbs out.

As always..Take special precautions when working with the gas.It not only is flammable,it will can eat the paint off the block.

You could also try to run it with the gas cap loose to eliminate any possibility of vacuum lock in the tank.

Even tho it's fuel injected,it still needs gas to run.So let's re-group. Your bike is a 86 gl1200 aspencade sei, not just the aspencade,so here's a bit of info to start with.
